We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our CMD Marketing team in Newport Beach, CA. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or 100% remote.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by developing and maintaining graphic designs to support the organization's image, identity and brands. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of seven people in the CMD division. Your colleagues will include Sr. Web Designers and fellow Sr. Graphic Designer professionals.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and maintain graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages and other visual solutions) to support the organization's image, identity and brands.
- Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork and marketing materials to enhance product image.
- Create and assemble images and graphics to produce designs for websites, print media, displays and productions.
- Meet with colleagues to determine and assess effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs and may direct marketing design projects, collaborating with multiple departments.
- Integrate current and contemporary visual trends and media into day-to-day assignments
The experience you will bring:
- 5–8+ years graphic design experience with a focus on digital communications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Salesforce marketing cloud
- A passion for design with deep experience in brand identity, campaign development, and traditional disciplines (typography, color, layout)
- Experience developing and executing ideas from strategic concept to project completion across all media platforms
- Ability to collaborate and take constructive feedback that aligns with business strategies and goals
- Be able to handle concurrent projects and adhere to fast-paced timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Strong presentation skills

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$89,100.00 - $108,900.00
