Understanding of the overall business model and drive improvement and optimization across cross-functional groups. Provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial results and business performance. Ability to proactively coordinate input from subject matter experts to enable business outcomes. Provide decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, alternatives, capital investments, and cost savings. Ability to recognize and respond to needs of all clients across organization, both internal and external. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, external partners, and customers. Ensure that all financial records and reports comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities. Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that the division's financial performance is accurately reported and communicated to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of financial analysis and managerial experience. Experience in aligning process and procedures that drive insight and accountability across the organization. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial leadership and drive business performance. Ability to execute in a matrix organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
