Product Management Analyst 1
Oversee product promotion, enhancements, and development to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets. Represent the Club in vendor negotiations and joint promotions. Develop and implement strategic plans to address performance gaps. Track sales, growth, and profitability. Provide leadership and integrate project activities across functional groups, influencing results within and outside the organization. Facilitate communication and cooperation across functional teams.
Job Duties
Strategic Planning and Program Development: Develop strategic recommendations and programs to achieve growth and retention targets for product lines. Manage product enhancement projects plans to mitigate performance gaps.
Retention: Analyze booking trends to identify root-cause on budget discrepancies and identify programs to increase member retention. Ensure successful programs are implemented across assigned clubs and monitor progress. Meet monthly with operational areas to ensure execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Analyze strategic travel initiatives, represent Product Management, and serve as functional lead on projects. Monitor progress, communicate with senior managers, and serve as a business liaison with vendors during project implementation.
Technological Competency: Identify technology opportunities and develop solutions for web design and product implementation. Support integration into multiple distribution channels for both employee and member use.
Specialized Knowledge Development: Develop market and product line expertise to respond to inquiries and presentations. Execute marketing plans, travel advisor training, and incentives, among other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3-5 years of prior experience in product management, product development, or related fields.
3+ years of prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning.
Demonstrated experience in project management.
Highly desired knowledge of AAA products and operations.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
Proficiency in defining and leading implementation of new processes.
Capability to coordinate and oversee major projects.
Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data.
Advanced skills in organization, planning, and problem resolution.
Special Project Management Skills:
Key steps in the project management process are developed, initiated, tracked, and reported by this position.
Incumbents actively participate in cross-functional meetings concerning key product results and course corrections as well as in requirements gathering sessions for product development and enhancement initiatives.
Recommendations are reviewed and approved by Product Managers.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$76,400.00 - $101,900.00
