Qualifications | 4 years of previous accounts payable/receivable experience
Accounting Assistant Job Details:
- Process customer payments and orders
- Perform collection activities via phone/e-mail
- Resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate spreadsheet
- Process A/P invoices
- Communicate with the purchasing department
