position of Segment Marketing manager, and you will drive growth in the
Distribution and National Reference Lab market segments.
Your role:
- You will define and
operationalize strategies to define product coverage, pricing, and service
levels for key customer segments.
- You will create plans across the Laboratory Solutions
portfolio specific to grow share of wallet in specific customer segments.
- You will collaborate with Marketing Operations teams to
create innovative campaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drive
the desired target audience buying behaviors
- You will work closely with North America Laboratory
Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to achieve targeted KPIs and deploy
strategies in the distribution and national reference lab segment
- You will define segment opportunities, business case,
customer personas, and customer requirements necessary to meet market demand
and adoption.
Your expertise:
- Minimum
BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence;
MBA or MS preferred
- Results
oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions
and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete
high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail
- Ability
to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales
organizations to build consensus and achieve business results
- Strong
analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving
and customer needs resolution
- Expert
knowledge of the laboratory solutions and how they are utilized by distributors
and national reference laboratories, with 5+ years of relevant marketing
experience
- Ability
to travel (25%), as needed

The pay range for
this position is $150,000 - $200,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered
may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as
where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of
