Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a mid-level / senior Product Security Analyst – Cybersecurity for El Segundo, CA.
This position is part of the Boeing Defense Systems Engineering National Programs. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify life-cycle balanced information system security solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Product Security Analyst responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify life-cycle balanced information system security solutions.
Lead the verification of requirements, design, and implementation of security solutions IAW government standards and industry best practices.
Implements appropriate Accreditation and Authorization activities for systems under development (ground and space segment) IAW DoD RMF, NISPOM, and DFARS compliance standards.
Provide technical data analysis and document development IAW requirements and system security engineering processes and procedures for customer delivery
Facilitates DoD Cyber Developmental and Operational test efforts IAW DoDI 5000.89, DOD Test and Evaluation (T&E), and familiar with the 6 Phases of the Cyber T&E.
Utilize Cyber security and audit tools such as Nessus, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker (SCC), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and Splunk.
Coordinates with various engineering teams and program management on cybersecurity related activities and requirements.
Support program leadership and customer meetings to report status and progress of work, issues, and risks.
Participate in system and project development, integration activities, and working groups.
Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Contingent Upon - Obtaining your DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level III or higher (such as CISSP, CASP, CE, CISA, GCED, or GCIH) within 3 months of start date.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years’ work-related experience do you have with cybersecurity, information protection, and/or risk management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Hold a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or higher)
5+ years’ experience working within the DoD Risk Managed Framework (RMF)
5+ years’ experience with Cyber Security, Product Security and/or Test & Evaluation
Experience working in the aerospace and defense industry
Experience working with cryptography and Anti-Tamper design knowledge
Experience in system security design, requirements development, analysis, verification and validation
Typical Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.

Summary pay range for mid-level: $107,950 - $146,050
Summary pay range for senior level: $131,750 - $178,250
