The Art Museum welcomes applications for a Manager, Development Operations to join an experienced and growing team. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Development (Senior AD), the successful candidate will be an integral member of the Museum’s development team, overseeing the policies, procedures, and processes that enable the team to maximize its effectiveness, opportunities, and efficiencies, including but not limited to the recording and use of all donor data in the Altru database. This position, in collaboration with the Museum’s Senior Manager of Data Operations, is responsible for ensuring that gifts and pledges are recorded, reported, and acknowledged in a timely manner. They are responsible for the production of customized reports, highly segmented lists, and other data communications as needed. They are the primary liaison between the Museum’s development and finance teams, providing contributed revenue reporting weekly for the development team, expense budgets monthly, and reconciling gifts and cash flow as needed. This position also oversees the identification, implementation, training, and evaluation of all systems for development team operations. They train staff and create manuals for use by the team on all new systems and processes.

When the Museum opens its dramatically reconceived building, scheduled for 2025, it will initiate a new exhibitions program with annual exhibitions on-site and on tour.
