QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Inventory experience with handheld scanner software or other relatable inventory management software.
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to scan and file documents electronically
- Knowledge of work in warehouse environment using pallet jacks, ladders, box cutters and other potentially dangerous equipment.
- Attention to detail in counting, product placement and storage.
- Effectively communicate with team members and onsite management
- Basic knowledge of merchandising – FIFO
- Ability to lift and transfer packages up to 50lbs.
- Standing and walking for 8 hours shift
Preferred
- 2 years of inventory experience in industrial warehouse and/or retail setting
- Hands on experience with inventory management systems, used for order pulling and common shipping practices.
NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Essential and marginal functions will require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Job is performed in a climate-controlled warehouse environment where there can be sporadic temperature changes due to overhead dock doors, equipment movement etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- No supervisory responsibilities.
