THE JOB:
As a Database Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role on the Casino Marketing Team by harnessing the power of data to drive our marketing strategies, ensuring precise targeting and impactful campaigns. You’ll analyze our customer database, uncover insights that fuel personalized marketing efforts and elevate guest experiences.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain casino patrons.
· Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to generate insights, optimize strategies, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
· Develop engaging content for promotional materials, email campaigns, and website updates to enhance the casino’s brand and offerings.
· Program kiosks promotions each month, ensure they are appearing accurately, and troubleshoot as needed.
· Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· Possesses a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Has an innovative mindset with a knack for creating compelling content and promotional materials that capture the attention of diverse audiences.
· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is able to communicate both verbally and written in English and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Possesses excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
· Is comfortable with multi-tasking, pivoting, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess strong comfortability with utilizing Microsoft Office and office equipment such as a copier, scanner, etc.
