In this dynamic role the candidate will:
• Implement Prime contract strategies consistent with Corporate and Business Area strategic imperatives.
• Provide highly visible leadership to the mission segment and portfolio personnel to ensure the team develops flexible strategies to support enterprise needs.
•The candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure positive and constructive interactions both internally and externally
• The candidate will act as an advocate for diversity and inclusion and create opportunities for positive employee engagement.
• The candidate will manage and provide leadership for activities associated with contract responsibilities including but not limited to: preparation and contract negotiations; assessment of terms and conditions to ensure the corporation is protected from unusual risk and that strategy supports the mission area long-range plan
• The candidate will work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the organization, including, engineering, business development, legal, procurement, finance, tax, and accounting to ensure projects and deal meet program and corporate command media.

Come and experience your future! • 10+ years of contracts management, subcontract management, paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
• Master's degree, Juris Doctor, Paralegal certification or NCMA certification
• Prior (IC) intelligence community experience
• Experience with international/commercial contracts
• Leadership of direct reporting leaders
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently posses and be able to maintain a US TOP SECRET/ SCI clearance with polygraph, to support these government contracts. • 10+ years of US Government customer interface with prime or sub-experience across large multi-million / billion-dollar programs
• 2+ years of leadership of prime or subcontracts organizations with oversight of direct reporting employees
• 10+ years of combined experience with FAR/DFAR, intelligence community policies and/or international contracting
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently posses and be able to maintain a US TOP SECRET clearance to support these government contracts, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
