CACI is seeking a Technical Trainer to join our team in National Harbor, MD.
As a Trainer, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering in-person and virtual training pertaining to end user IT tools/technology such as Service Now, Microsoft 365, and other administrative tools and software. Candidates will research, design, develop and evaluate training courses ensuring the content, structure and follow-on assessments align with learning outcomes and objectives. As part of a larger IT service delivery team, you'll coordinate with developers and business analysts to ensure targeted services are promoted prior to new IT capability release.
About the Role:
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop training modules and artifacts
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes course evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training sessions.
Prepares recommendations and reports to senior-level personnel and/or management.
Train all New Hires from Feds to Interns and Contractors
Build and present in-person and virtual training curriculum as well as follow-on assessments to provide educational training on end-user IT/technologies including Microsoft 365 products
Become a subject matter expert in all function areas of the training product suites
Monitor and track training metrics and evaluation assessment scores, continuously refining trainings based on customer feedback
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics and course preparation for all training offerings. o Assist in the creation of knowledge articles
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, focusing on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Track and analyze trends using Service Now ticketing system to recommend training opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to obtaining a DHS EOD suitability or Current DHS EOD preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 3 years of related experience
Hands-on experience with the following technologies:
Experience with multiple training approaches: virtual, classroom, online material, and learning content
Proficient in identifying training requirements through proven and efficient approaches
Experience in customizing learning material for relevancy of the customer needs and environment
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or cohesively with team members
