CSR Lead
We are seeking an experienced CSR Lead to join our team in Baytown, TX. As a key member of our logistics team, the Customer Service Lead will be responsible for the organization and daily management of the CSR team. This role includes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, with a strong emphasis on export logistics.
Pay Rate
$22 to $23 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have strong emphasis on customer service and export logistics.
- Organize and manage the daily activities of the CSR team and participate in CSR tasks.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure high team performance.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure service delivery according to agreements.
- Participate in coordination meetings for new customer implementations.
- Ensure accurate information entry and maintenance for new and existing customers.
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain up-to-date files of agreed schedules of fees.
- Perform daily tasks using the CSR Lead Checklist.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on department KPIs.
- Analyze performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to the Quality Manual and related procedures.
- Coordinate with the EQS-Manager for any necessary procedural adjustments.
- Perform various support tasks to assist the organization.
Job Title Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as CSR Lead, with a strong emphasis on customer service and export logistics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Daily management and supervision of a CSR team handling inbound, outbound, and manipulation of orders.
