Job Abstract

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Logistics, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers. We need a Program Manager to support our customer at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme, CA.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall technical, schedule and financial execution of a contract
• Responsible for direct interface with senior level Navy personnel for tasking and contract performance feedback
• Responsible for managing subcontractor performance
• Responsible for all quality control aspects of contract performance
• Responsible for creating and submitting monthly status reports which will include documenting technical accomplishments, contract issues and financial status.
• Responsible for providing cost estimates for planned work
• Responsible for overall contract personnel management
• Responsible for on-time submission and technical accuracy of Contract Data Requirements and Reports (CDRLs)

Educational Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a Technical or Managerial Field.
• An additional 10 years of professional technical activities related to the management of a DOD contract/task order may substitute for the Degree requirement.

Experience Requirements:

• Six years’ experience in program management of a DOD contract or Task Order highly desirable
• Past responsibilities should include ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel.
