Job Abstract

ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Naval Architect/Naval Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and analyses associated with the physical and functional integration of naval engineering principles in complex equipment systems.
• Supervise the installation of prototype naval equipment aboard Naval ships.
• Manage engineering projects.
• Supervise the performance of Ship Checks and naval system integration.
• Oversee the production of Ship interface Drawings

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in naval system integration, performing ship checks, and developing ship interface drawings.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in naval architecture or naval engineering
• 15 years experience performing naval engineering duties will substitute for a bachelor degree.
