Required:
Ability to complete assigned tasks by the Director in a timely manner for specific domain.
Ability to document data processes using a SIPOCC (Keller) method to inform current state and future state process for I.T. projects, Business and senior leadership if required.
Ability to perform analyses for data governance requirements and policies.
Ability to organize meetings with key stakeholders in business and IT to implement program guidance under the direction of the Director of the Data Governance department.
Work well in a stressful environment using deductive and critical thinking skills to resolve problems and issues for the program.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, VISIO, MS Project and Share Point to set up and conduct meetings and to maintain documents to support the data governance program.
Must have exceptional verbal skills and written skills with strong email etiquette for communication with Senior Leadership , business and I.T..
Must have leadership qualities to lead team discussions.
Must be able to distil program work streams for senior enterprise leadership into concise verbiage in a slide deck for presentation.
Organized and has strong follow through for tasks with minimal supervision or guidance.
Must be able to work independently when required.
Must be able to understand and work in the IT environment and understand healthcare and payer applications or business process.
Preferred:
Working knowledge with Informatics' IDQ, MDM, and/ or data governance software suites.
