RN - Robotic Coordinator in the Operating Room is a full-time position that will work 8-hour Day shifts at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
The Robotic Coordinator is a clinical/administrative hybrid role in the operating room. They will be responsible for coordinating the Davinci robotic service line, including but not limited to updating preference cards, working closely with the surgeons and their office, and organizing the procedures with the scheduling team and vendors. In addition, they clinically support the operating room to make sure the robotic cases are successful by using a hands-on approach with the team during the procedures.
Working under the supervision of the Surgery Manager, the RN Robotic Coordinator is a professional Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in the operating room, responsible for the coordination of a surgery specialty service-line. The individual in this position represents Saint John's Health Center and the Surgical Services Department by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines.

Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: CNOR certification
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
