Pay Rate:
$17-19/hour, depending on experience , plus Differential rate for 2nd or 3rd shift
Overview:
This client is an industry-leading nutraceutical company focused on developing personal care products.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday and possible Saturday (possible shifts may change)
- 1st Shift Day- 6am-2:30pm
- 2nd shift/Swing shift: 2pm-10:30pm
- 3rd shift/graveyard shift 10:30pm-7am
- Training is during the Day shift, until ready to move onto the 2nd or 3rd shift
Responsibilities:
- Establish quality standards for products.
- Read blueprints, plans, specifications and other documentation to understand the requirements of the products.
- Review and compare product documentation for data consistency.
- Follow protocols, work instructions or standard operating procedures.
- Perform regular quality assessments & inspections on all incoming products from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Place products on-hold that are out-of-specification and fill out non-conformance reports.
- Reject all products that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Sample products for measuring, testing and analysis.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and test or analyze in comparison to standards and specifications.
- Document results by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling and examination area.
- Recommend improvements to related processes to ensure quality control.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- GMP experience. Knowledge of GMP, CFR & other Regulatory Compliance
- Available for a possible quick start 48-72 hours
