directly to our Sr. Tech Support Manager and you will work out of our

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the Technical
Support team, providing guidance and coaching
• Ensure timely and effective
resolution of technical issues, meeting customer Key performance indicators
(KPI) and expectations
• Develop and implement
strategies to optimize technical support operations according to
• Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Project Managers, Account
Managers, and other internal teams
• Monitor and analyze technical
support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and allocate resources
effectively to meet business objectives
• Stay updated with industry
trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
