Job Description
As the Graduate Programs Director at WorldStrides, your primary responsibilities will be finding and creating new qualified E/MBA opportunities for WorldStrides Higher Education. Generate new accounts through the university business schools, primarily derived from outbound calls to prospects. Work with prospects/clients through phone, email, conferences, and campus visits to develop a global immersion program aligned properly with the goals and objectives of the university and faculty.

- Communicate both internally across teams and externally with prospects, clients, and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience in sales, preferably higher education or technical sales
- Curious nature inclined to develop relationships
- Hunger to grow and openness to learn
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation and perseverance
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a strong work ethic
