In this role, the individual will
be responsible for coordinating, administering, analyzing, and controlling from
a financial perspective the sales commissions for the Lab Solutions Sales team in
North America (U.S.).
The successful candidate will also
lead the sales commissions planning and forecast process of US LS Sales and
lead sales analytics initiatives to better direct and support the various sales
teams.
This is a role well suited to an
ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. Additional responsibilities as a Sales Commission Controller, you will:
- Design and set up annual commission plans to drive Sales
Performance in Lab Solutions in NAM
- Develop and own an end-to-end Commissions forecast model to predict
Commission payout on all components and for all sales colleagues
- Control, analyze, budget, and forecast sales commission monthly
- Manage the Commission App designed to support Sales team in
evaluating deals
- Manage Committed Contracts payout process on a quarterly basis
including monitoring of contract rewrites / refeeds, distribution deals,
IDN exceptions etc
- Implement sales analytics initiatives and provide the sales and
business leadership teams with clear and actionable insights to enhance
the effectiveness of commission plans
- Coordination on all Commission related topics with MSC,
Commissions, and Sales
Required
skills to have for the success of this role
- BS/BA Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, or advanced degree,
where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA or Masters in Finance is desirable
- Typically, 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related
field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge
- Healthcare Industry and/or Siemens Finance experienced desirable
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP or an equivalent ERP system, Hyperion,
and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of processes such as CRM, SCM, PLM (effects on
values flow) and the financial support processes
- Extensive knowledge in financial reporting, controlling and
analysis of financial data

The
pay range for this position for New York City or Westchester County, NY is $130,000
- $162,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, the base pay offered
to any candidate residing or working in New York City or Westchester County, NY
may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual
incentive target is (15%) of base pay.
