Looking to hire for an experienced Sales Support Admin!
- Location: Anaheim
- Monday -Friday (8am-5pm)
- $24/hr -$25/hr
- Temp To Hire
1. Sales support/order Processing
2. Manufacturing experience
3. Degree would be great
General Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to):
Receive, enter, and confirm all customer purchase orders
Review all orders for accuracy
Coordinate with manufacturer and customers regarding order status
Generate purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
Data entry and maintenance of order tracking
Answer phones
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor/Associates Degree
Minimum 8 years of sales and administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong mathematic skills
Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel
Strong analytical skills
Process and detail orientated
Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively
Must have the ability to work well under time constraints
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
