Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Living Counselor who will present and sell the community lifestyle to the prospective residents, from the initial lead through closing. The Senior Living Sales Counselor will successfully engage prospective residents and families in the sales process to meet current occupancy goals. This exciting opportunity will evolve as Fleet Landing grows. We are seeking a highly-motivated relationship builder and team player who will embody the Vision, Mission, and Values of Fleet Landing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales referrals from potential resident and community contacts.
- Achieve the community sales and move-in goals
- Interact with all leads and turn those leads into depositors and residents of the community
- Skillfully interview prospects or their representatives to ascertain how Fleet Landing can meet their needs
- Know and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of residing at Fleet Landing
- Occasional night/weekend work to support marketing events
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance or English, or equivalent experience
Experience:
Three (3) or more years' consumer sales experience in senior living setting preferred. Familiarity with customer relationship management system preferred
