The Education Tutoring program functions within the OCSD during school hours, approximately 8:00 am until 3:15 pm, and within after school programs from 2:00-5:30 pm. Tutors, based on schedule and needs of the district and Lorain County after school programs, will be placed within grade levels and time frames that are mutually beneficial to the Oberlin College student, OCSD and Lorain County after school programs. Tutoring schedules must be consistent and weekly time commitments can range from 2-10 hours, depending on needs of OC student and school district and/or after school program. Schedules will be determined by program staff and communicated to student at the start of the semester, or shortly after being hired by the program. |
