Job Abstract
The primary duty of a Busser is to ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests. A Busser removes dirty dishes, sanitizes the table, cleans the seats, and if necessary, sweeps or vacuums the surrounding floor. A Busser takes plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed. Bussers might help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs....
