• Bachelor’s degree in a biological or medical field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a biology or related field.
• Knowledge and prior experience operating medical imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of human and/or mammalian anatomy particularly in the chest.
• Highly proficient computer skills and excellent ability to learn new computer skills independently.
• Effective and clear communication skills and the ability to work in a high stress environment.
• Willingness to work with radioactive chemicals.
• Willing to working in an ABSL-3 suite with some NHP, rabbit and mouse animal contact.
• Willing to work flexible hours, occasional weekend work possible.
• Ability to work in a team under supervision in ABSL-3 laboratory environments following SOPs.
• Ability to work independently on computers, software, and with imaging data to organize and create large datasets for analysis and conduct the analysis on schedule.
• Must be able to pass extensive background check and Public Trust 5 clearance.
• If certified in imaging modalities, maintain certifications.
