Join our dynamic team to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets. You'll ensure smooth changes to IT systems, comprehending their impact on business operations, and maintaining proactive upkeep of our IT infrastructure. You'll coordinate schedules for IT activities, manage updates and patches, and foster strong relationships with business stakeholders while conducting system checks. Additionally, you'll develop and refine process workflows, provide smart hands for vendors, participate in weekly Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings, and handle equipment installation and cable management. This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT infrastructure and eager to make a significant impact.

Heavy Cisco…Routers/Switches, Cisco FTD Firewalls, Cisco WAN Controllers, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Umbrella…as well VMware Vcenter/ESXi and Microsoft Active Director. The right person does NOT have to have everything...but is heavier on the Networking side of things.

The role starts onsite for onboarding and getting up to speed…and is expected to go to hybrid (3 days a week in the office) in Queens.
