JOB SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for carrying out Goodwill Central Oklahomas creative development and awareness of our brand by maintaining all aspects of Goodwills external and internal branding and creative advertising initiatives including digital/online, print, and retail applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support Creative Direction: Guide, inspire and execute the creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
High-Level Design Development: Create original design materials using advanced knowledge of creative software and tools, ensuring all outputs are of the highest quality and are in line with current industry design standards.
Digital Design Competency: Build and deploy email communications, manage aspects of a website and business listings, and demonstrate competency in digital design, including social media, website design, web banners, and other digital applications.
Assist in developing and implementing processes, standards, and guidelines for copy and design development to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
Present concepts and creative strategies to internal audiences, articulating rationale and influencing decision-making.
Mentor and encourage creative team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth.
Report the progress of projects at major stages from conception through execution, keeping stakeholders informed.
Ensure all designs and content consistently reflect Goodwill of Central Oklahomas brand image and ideals, following internal brand guidelines.
Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products that align with industry best practices. Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and individual departments to facilitate collaboration.
Coordinate with external vendors to design and produce print materials for our retail stores, managing large-scale, retail-specific, and merchandising projects.
Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by management.
Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of graphic design experience, brand marketing experience, or creative direction experience
Bachelors degree in graphic design, advertising, or equivalent of experience and education in a related field.
Proven work experience in both digital and print design.
Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and Car Insurance verification, required.
Must maintain a good driving record and pass MVR check.
Must pass background, OSBI checks and drug screening.

General knowledge of communication software like MailChimp or Contact Monkey are a plus.
General knowledge of search engine optimization.
Experience placing online ads and tracking online efforts.
Retail knowledge and merchandising design are a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity.
Ability to lift 35 pounds or more with or without assistance.
Some work sites require long periods of walking and standing.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work in climate-controlled atmosphere majority of the time.
Requires some local travel providing own transportation.
Works 40 hours per week or more when required.
Requires availability to work a variable schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
