•Must have High School Diploma, AAS degree in Land Surveying preferred.
•Active Land Surveying license required for Virginia or ability to obtain; Multi-State licensure is a plus.
•Active Land Surveying license required for Florida or ability to obtain.
•Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of survey experience and project management.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must have the ability to work and interact with clients.
•Must be proficient with all aspects of computing, drafting, and CAD standards.
•Must be proficient with AutoCAD, Carlson Civil, Survey Suite. Microstation/GeoPak is a plus.
•Must have a diverse survey experience including: Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, construction stakeout and transportation surveys.
•Must be proficient with GPS/GNS systems and use of RTK/VRS and post processing of survey data (Static - Network Least Squares Reduction).
•Experience with laser scanning is a plus.
•Must have the ability to perform deed research, process field data collector files; resolve boundaries and prepare CAD files, metes and bounds descriptions, and final plats.
•Must have the ability to perform all aspects of an ALTA Survey.
•Must be dependable, conscientious, self-motivated and driven.
•Must be able to work overtime as required.
•Must be willing and able to do short term travel.
•Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
•Must pass a mandatory drug test.
