Summary:
Our Langhorne residential program provides gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas. Our program also teaches our community how to safely cope with physical, psychological and emotional trauma without the use of substances, empowering them to overcome feelings of victimization and move toward a life of wellness and personal growth. Clients in our Langhorne facility live on-site in a structured setting where they receive education, therapy and medical care to assist them in working through personal issues and ultimately overcoming their addiction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to adults with chemical dependency problems in the 3C Program.
- Participate in implementing client’s treatment by communicating with all relevant parties.
- Accompany and transport clients as assigned.
- Orient new clients to unit, program and milieu.
- Teach the principles and practice of the 12 Step Programs of AA and NA.
- Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support client care and program advancement.
- Participate in developing life skills in an individual and group setting.
- Oversee daily schedule for 3C clients.
Education, Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in behavior healthcare industry.
- Valid Driver's License Required
