The Employee Relations Specialist/HRBP will partner with HR leaders, executives, and management staff on organizational and workforce planning, staff development, change management, employee engagement, and HR services and communications that support the hospital’s mission, vision, strategic plan, and operations. The Employee Relations Specialist will facilitate the delivery of HR programs and services to support the business objectives in partnership with HR team leaders and staff.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements Human Resources professional certification; such as through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), or other certifications through professional organizations or institutions as may be determined to be appropriate to the role, at the sole discretion of the Hospital.

Qualifications

1. BS/BA degree in human resources, business, social science, or related field required. Master’s degree a plus

2. Minimum 8 years of HR generalist/business partnering/organizational development experience including some experience working at an acute care hospital or systems. Prior management experience a plus
