- Leads contract proposal and restructure efforts including analysis of actuals and modeling and comparing financial business case scenarios
- Creates Long Range Plan for Program including orders/sales/EBIT/cash forecast including monitoring of execution vs. plan
- Forecast, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead for the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP)
- Prepares quarterly Contract Status Report (CSR) package.
- Leads monthly close and billing and collections process ensuring all entries are prepared, invoices are submitted and collected along with analyzing actual performance vs. forecast
- Applies basic principles of Earned Value Management (EVM) to assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, EAC forecasting, and variance analysis. - Working knowledge of financial business case modeling
- Working knowledge of foreign currency transactions
- Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments
- Proficient in Hyperion, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Working knowledge of EAC and CSR Model
- Program finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis
- Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting experience and ability to interface with senior management - Bachelors degree in a related subject area with 8-10 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience/combined education
- Strong financial modeling background
- Expertise with a variety of Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Knowledge and experience with the following financial systems: CES, SAP-P1S, Hyperion, Cobra and wInsight
- Basic knowledge of Earned Value Management principles
- Attention to detail
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
