JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Monitor performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation, and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs.
This position ensures program compliance with grant-funded client assistance, client gift card procurement, and Community Closet usage. This position also supports programs in Criminal Injury Compensation Board (CICB) applications and progress tracking.
The Program Monitor provides support for data collection, analysis, and reporting for all grants received and ensures the efficient and effective operation of programming.
In addition, this position plans, coordinates, implements, and manages all activities related to the development and implementation of other specific projects and all related requirements and deliverables.
This position reports to the Manager of Program Development and Evaluation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred.
3-5 years of experience with demonstrated program monitoring or project management experience
Experience managing multiple projects, overseeing deliverables, communicating with and working within multiple teams, developing timelines and meeting deadlines
