WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
Drive our Business Forward
- Develop and execute a sales plan to reach sales goals. It's that simple.
Lead Your Team
- Provide overall direction, motivation, and support a sales team who drives strategic HCM initiatives within ERP Value Added Resellers and their end customers. #HelloBoss
- Recruit, hire, and train sales associates to gain access into new and deepen existing relationships with ADP’s Value Added Reseller partnerships
- Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; supporting your team in selling to both new accounts as well as existing ADP clients where a vast majority of effort will be spent on new account acquisition.
- Provide career development for associates through performance feedback and coaching.
Collaborate Daily
- Develop and maintain relationships with other internal groups nationally. #WorkSmarter
- Effectively support a sales team in multiple time zones.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
- Two or more years of outside business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, OR
- Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
