The Device Administrator reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager at ACRT Services. This position will play a key role in maintaining, auditing, and reporting ACRT’s IT device records as it relates to laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. The Device Administrator will provide technical support and training of computer hardware, software, and product software. This role will report to the IT Infrastructure manager. This position requires a high degree of organization and excellent attention to detail.
- Coordinate device returns from Operations teams where applicable
- Administer device records to ensure accuracy
- Periodically create KPI reports based upon Helpdesk and device data
- Code monthly wireless invoices based upon device records
- Run routine PowerShell scripts
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, over the phone, electronically, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Ability to communicate effectively to employees using “non-technical” terms
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Stay current with system information, changes, updates, documentation
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Work with minimal supervision and follow directions from Manager
- Assist with IT projects as needed
Experience: 2 years of experience in an IT support role & 1 or more years of experience with Windows Server (2012 & 2016), Active Directory, technical knowledge of IOS & MDM platforms, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including troubleshooting, installation, imaging, networking, etc.
Hardware troubleshooting, repair, and setup (desktops, laptops, tablets, & cellphones)
Common tasks including password resets, voicemail setup, cell phone troubleshooting, updating documentation, software support

At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is an in-person role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office on a weekly or as needed basis.
Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Stow, Ohio office.
This position is not open to candidates located in Cincinnati, OH or Toledo, OH.
