The Program Security Representative will perform a variety of SCI security related duties and ensure the coordination of SCI security practices and procedures.
Security disciplines include, but are not limited to,
program security, personnel security, completing
Program Access Requests (PAR), Requests for Access
(RFA), SCI nominations, classified meeting support,
program management support, indoctrinations,
debriefings, security incident investigations, access
control, visitor control, and classification management
utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines.
Candidate must also be able to create presentations
and provide Security Education and Awareness
training, write/develop/implement procedures, and
provide excellent customer service.
Candidate will typically have a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience. - TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, compartment/Special Access Programs experience, government inspection preparation, classified destruction requirements, customer service, ICD 705 requirements, coordination of classified visits, outstanding communication (verbal/written). - TS/SCI eligibility prior to start and obtain Polygraph.
- Program Security experience.
