Our products are used in laboratory and process applications in end markets such as: life sciences, chemicals, semiconductor, analytical instruments, nuclear, and solar cells.Job DescriptionBasic FunctionDevelop Brooks position as a market leading supplier to Semiconductor OEMs and IDM/Foundry customers, growing revenue and market share in the Western region of North America (California, Portland, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado & New Mexico).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncrease Brooks’ sales revenue and customer satisfaction in the region.Manage direct OEM customer base and distribution partner (responsible for IDMs/Foundry customers) through regular cadence in-person meetings.Develop sales strategies and execute tactics to grow OEM market share and expand customer base in the region through proactive prosecting and networking.Develop and maintain detailed OEM account profiles including organization structure, served market segments and processes, strategic focus, Brooks share position and competitive landscape.Assess, monitor and report customer expectations for current product portfolio and future product requirements for emerging applications and communicate to the Business Unit Product Management team to support development pipeline for new Brooks products, product derivatives and services.Manage projects; work closely with customers, Brooks engineering, operations, and quality to meet customer's requirements.Contribute to pricing strategies and implement to maximize Brooks' opportunities for penetration and profit.Manage the collection and preparation of material for OEM customer QBRs and TRMs, including presentation material, performance metrics and project updates etc.Preparation of monthly bookings forecast for the region to improve accuracy and outlook guidance for the factory.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBS degree in Business or Engineering, 10+ years of sales experience into semiconductor process equipment manufacturers and/or front-end semiconductor device manufacturing companies.Proven expertise in establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Extensive existing customer relations a plus.Knowledge and understanding of Semiconductor processes is required (preferably Etch and CVD).Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information.Must have proven track-record and demonstrated ability to solve customer problems and deliver customer satisfaction.Ability to be flexible and deal effectively with change to balance competing business needs.PC knowledge with Windows and Microsoft OfficeThe base salary pay range for this position is noted below.
