General Description / Primary Purpose |
The Student Academic Success Services (SASS) Coordinator, under the direction of the Assistant Director or above, assists in the design, development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs. Recommends policies and procedures to ensure effective coordination of departmental programs. This position provides academic support to students, manages student issues as they arise, hires and supervises student employees, and interacts professionally with university personnel, including faculty, Chairs, and Deans. |
