Summary:
The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking qualified Game Day Staff members to provide exemplary customer service and support to Season Ticket Members and the general public. Game Day staff will report to the Senior Director of Membership Services. All home games will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Guest Services liaison at all Los Angeles Chargers home games.
- Serve as the eyes and ears for the Member Services team and provide information on SoFi Stadium.
- Greet guests and communicate entrance policies along with mobile ticketing assistance.
- Assist with escorting of guests and working Premium Areas when needed. (SoFi/Pechanga/Chairman’s Club, etc.).
- Maintain working knowledge of company and venue operations and ticket office policies.
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with various duties during home games to make for an enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings and game days as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Independent problem solver.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Able to stand for the entire work shift and work in differing weather conditions.
- Archtics and Ticketmaster experience are a plus but not required.
