Position Summary
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Support.
The candidate would be expected to: coordinate, organize, and implement the FLIGHT Academy mentorship group by supporting student-athlete initial enrollment at the University, as well as providing resources for continuing eligibility and progress towards their degrees; exhibiting the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with adherence to NCAA, Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics rules and regulations; responsible for academic support to at-risk student-athletes, working primarily with football and basketball programs.
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Ability to work weekends and nights.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop. Coaching or playing experience at Division I level.
