Pay Range: $72,150 - $115,440
Position Summary
As a Building Management System (BMS) Application Specialist, you will be a key member in the virtualization and maintenance of enterprise BMS application systems.
Essential Responsibilities and Activities Include but are Not Limited to:
? Configure primary and secondary virtual servers.
? Work with local service providers to migrate BMS controllers from local administration to the enterprise virtual environment.
? Configure network and user access.
? Configure and test alert distribution.
? Commission the virtualized system and perform turnover to the operations team.
? Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
? Troubleshoot system alerts and initiate service tickets
- Develop playbooks by documenting daily functions and the troubleshooting process.
Candidate/Position Requirements:
- 6-8 years experience with high school degree.
Preferred Experience:
? Experience programming and managing a BMS system is not required but is a major plus.
? System experience operating any of the following BMS applications is a plus:
o Tridium Niagara
o Siemens Desigo CC
o Schneider EcoStruxture
o Alterton Compass
o Sauter Vision Center
? BMS application management experience with of the follow technologies is a plus:
o Lighting Controls
o Leakage Detection
o Temperature Sensor
o Compressed Air Pumps
o Energy Power Meter
o Indoor/ Outdoor Air Quality
o Battery System Monitor
o Building Shades
o Solar Power Monitoring
o SCADA
o HVAC
Communication Skills:
? Strong oral, technical writing, and presentation skills

Work Schedule:
? Required time in the office 3 days/week. Other days can be remote.
? On-site requirements are subject to change and could increase at any time.
