Milauskas Eye Institute is searching for an enthusiastic, patient focused, full time Surgical Technician for our Rancho Mirage office. Our top Candidates will be Certified Surgical Technicians and have at least one year of operating room experience, preferrably in an ASC. However, we are willing to train Medical Assistant candidates with back office medical practice experience or Clinical Support Technicians/CNA's with hospital of ASC experience.

The Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting with the implementation of quality perioperative nursing care and cooperates as a team member with other members of the perioperative system as well as those within the medical and administrative systems. Participates as a member of the perioperative nursing staff in planning, policy formation, and decision making as it relates to the operating room.
