- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
- Relevant certifications, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator
- CompTIA Security+
- DoD 8570.01-M Baseline Certifications (e.g., IAT Level II)
- Proven experience in the administration of SharePoint environments within a DoD context.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint security models and compliance requirements.
- Experience with troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint backup and recovery processes.
- Ability to work closely with customers to understand and address their SharePoint needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users and IT teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities and adaptability to work in diverse international environments.
