As an Atlassian Solutions Lead, you will play a critical role in helping our enterprise customers successfully migrate their Atlassian products from on-premise environments to Atlassian Cloud. These migrations are complex projects that require thorough discovery, assessment, scoping, planning, preparation, and testing before production migration. You’ll collaborate with our global team to ensure the success of both new and existing partners in their cloud migration practice building and development. Capability Building Strategy: Lead the AMER (Americas) Partner capability-building strategy in collaboration with Global Cloud Leaders, Global Solution Strategists, Customer Support, Customer Advisory, Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams. Grow and accelerate cloud migration and adoption capability within our partner ecosystem. Channel Capability Efforts: Focus on cloud migration market success within the AMER channel. Provide guidance and collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation cloud migration services, solutions, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Workshops and Assessments: Conduct cloud migration capability, technical, and practice workshops with partners. Assess channel coverage, partner capacity, and recruitment requirements for Cloud migrations across various partnership models. Co-Selling Motion: Partner with enterprise Sales to educate them on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Atlassian to build and deliver a coordinated capability model. Focus on cloud migrations and thought leadership programs while keeping an eye on the business as a whole. Sales/Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales or business development. Strong Knowledge of Atlassian Products: In-depth understanding of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and other related Apps. Preferred Data Scientist Background: Familiarity with data science principles is a plus. Technical Skills: Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira Service Management). Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language). Knowledge of scripting (e.g., ScriptRunner). Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks. Agile and ITIL Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Agile Development Principles and Team Software Development. Familiarity with ITIL support framework processes. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Methodologies: Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Client Interaction: Ability to meet with clients, understand business rules, and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Customization and Workflow: Configure and customize Atlassian platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Jira Service Desk. Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies (e.g., Jira Workflows, custom fields). Migration Experience: Experience in administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management). Knowledge of Datacenter migration to Cloud. Reporting and Dashboards: Produce reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI
