Duval Motor Company has an immediate need for an accounting Biller. As an Automotive Accounting Biller will work to assist the controller to process retail and commercial purchases, reconciling accounts and sales deals.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Receive and process paperwork to post both retail and commercial vehicle sales and purchases.
- Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds.
- The Biller is responsible for job costing of the vehicle sale, reconcile assigned accounts and schedules, check for funding of contracts on a daily basis.
- Review items in dealer system for correct amounts such as Aftermarket products
- Reconcile assigned schedules/accounts as vehicle sales deal is processed.
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Provide coverage and/or assistance for other accounting staff when needed.
- Support management with special projects and/or job-related functions as requested by management.
- Assist with month end closing procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
A successful candidate will have these qualifications:
- Automotive deal billing and posting required.
- Ford Knowledge a plus.
- Experience in high volume environment a plus.
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Attention to Detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, reporting and accounting software.
