In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.
The Subject Matter Expert Sigint 3 is responsible to analyze, track and identify industry trends, technologies, constraints and priorities regarding current and projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Demonstrated experience coding in C/C and Python
- Experience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc.)
- RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)
- Experience with message queue implementation/communication
- Experience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C /Python-based signal processing tools and libraries
- Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.

- Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
- Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processes.
- Independently designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest.
- Directs implementation of sub-modules necessary for processing signals of interest.
- Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
- Manage activities involved with SIGINT Development (SIGDEV).
Clearance Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum Education:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support.
Preferred:
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications systems design and theory with implementation of concepts into software.
- Time and/or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation.
- Experience with MATLAB
- Experience with GPU/CUDA development
