About the Role
We are looking for a driven, passionate Product Manager for our Marketing Technology team. This role will help shape and execute on the vision, implementation, and day-to-day enablement of Marketing technology products. This role will also have a specific focus on Marketing Planning and play a key role in the success of our strategic planning, budget planning and campaign planning efforts. Individuals will work with various teams across the Organization, such as Marketing, Finance, Business Technology, as well as external vendors to drive the impact that technology can have on our overall business. This role will work to remain up-to-date on current technologies and best practices in order to empower others, push the organization, and take individual action on new capabilities to solve real marketing challenges.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical health of your assigned platforms and the integrations they rely upon.
Partner closely with the Marketing Planning team to define and implement technology solutions and processes to deliver a successful product.
Rapidly build expertise around technologies to be able to enact new benefits, articulate technical details, and share new requirements across the organization.
Craft and execute a vision for the products you own based on the Marketing priorities.
Collaborate and partner with the various teams across marketing to understand their campaigns, strategies to define and implement how the products they own can help the business.
Build and maintain analysis and reporting processes that define success as well as and measure and maintain the health of new technologies and initiatives.
Enable partner teams in the technology by leading, developing, and maintaining documentation, training, and other materials based on technology requirements and solutions.
About You
Basic Qualifications
8+ years in a Technical Product Manager, Program Manager or Consultant role for a technical space.
7+ years of experience in various Marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, SFDC, Drift, Workfront; or relevant alternatives.
5+ years of experience in Marketing Planning products like Uptempo, Apprimo or relevant alternatives.
Proven history leading multiple projects / initiatives cross functionally.
Proven experience to break down complex ideas into sizable portions, communicate those clearly, and execute on them.
Proven project and time management skills, with a practiced ability to adapt to change.
Other Qualifications
Experience in building Marketing Planning solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent analytical, collaborative skills.
Agile development practices
Experience with Workfront, Jira, or other task/bug tracking systems

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
