ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex, technical, analytical and statistical payroll data processing related to the employee’s payroll by following District policies, Federal and State regulations, administrative regulations, procedures and standard payroll guidelines to assure classified and certificated employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Supervision is provided by the Fiscal Services Manager or any administrator from the Business Services Division. This classification has lead responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: Education, Training and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or other related field.
(3) Three years of recent, increasingly responsible payroll experience
Any other combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
A valid California driver’s license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites may be required.
