Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our surveying department in various projects, ensuring precise measurements and data collection. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting field surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
Operate and maintain survey equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
Collect and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps and reports.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior surveyors and project managers.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience in surveying or a related field.
Familiarity with survey instruments and software (e.G., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
