Super User, Distribution Operations (12 Month Contract)

ABOUT THIS TEAM
At lululemon this team is responsible for supporting DC operators on the floor with technology and hardware troubleshooting activities. A Super User serves as a subject matter expert in DC processes and supports the communication bridge between Technology and DC associates to eliminate process inefficiencies quickly. Super Users also support the launch and go live of new WMS and MHE deployments.
A DAY IN THE LIFE: WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understands and displays basic troubleshooting concepts and processes
- Understands the process flows for all functional areas in the DC operation
- Understands the importance of adhering to security standards and the potential impacts to the brand due to security breach
- Communicates, to the appropriate audiences, clearly and concisely, in written and oral formats about decisions, plans, and tasks in a timely manner
- Demonstrates the understanding of target SLA's for specific functional areas
- Assist in testing for WMS system modifications and walk through the process operationally prior to install
- Support in documentation updates for all WMS system changes (process maps, job aids and SOPs)
- Assist with training of Floor Leaders and Supervisors on functional processes on the DC floor
- Assist Technology with operational issues by providing clear and accurate information on process and/or system deficiencies
- Testing, troubleshooting or repairing technical equipment (printers, RF devices, autobaggers, etc.)
- Liaison between DC floor end users and the Technology support team on site or remote
- Support administrative tasks when issues do not persist. Tasks will support throughput, SLA and process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-4 years of warehouse experience with Manhattan 2013 or newer
- Visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners and to maneuver throughout facility

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $31.40-$34.90/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company’s discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $32.97- $36.65. Employees in this position may be eligible for shift premiums ranging from $1.00 -$1.00 per hour, depending on location.
