Role
We are looking to hire a critical member of our team to manage strategic partnerships. This role will sit within Peacock’s Global Partnership & Strategy division , a group which evaluates, manages and executes partnership opportunities. The team is looking for a Senior manager who is experienced in business development and partnership strategy. You will be tasked with independent ownership and execution of new and existing partnerships and will drive growth and retention across the enterprise. This role will be highly cross functional, working closely with Decision Sciences, Forecasting, Finance & Marketing to execute partnership objectives and share key insights with decision makers.
Day-to-Day
Support development of new and existing growth and performance partnerships for Peacock
Define deal terms and negotiation strategy for partnership opportunities with concise, executive communication skills
Own end to end partnership and manage collaborative relationships with key internal leaders across marketing, technology, product, data, legal and finance to execute commercial agreements and provide centralized ongoing management of strategic partnerships
Identify performance marketing tactics and work closely with brand and creative teams to execute campaigns that are rooted in measurable growth and support of key business KPIs
Track and report on performance metrics across partners with the ability to recognize key trends and identify opportunities to drive additional scale
Lead partner strategy and present to external and internal stakeholders to drive core growth KPIs and manage streamlined business processes
Develop and execute growth and partner innovation strategy across new verticals
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development or partner development roles
Experience negotiating partnership agreements in media, technology or DTC industries
Proven ability to parse information into compelling presentations.
Proven quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases, analyze performance, and present financial impact to senior stakeholders
Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills
Desired Characteristics
Experience in demand generation, growth, brand or lifecycle marketing a plus
Experience in the media industry, specifically in streaming video
Problem solver with a knack for seamless execution
Strategic thinking with strong intellectual curiosity
MBA Degree Preferred
